Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kx88 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: kx88 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit copies of identification documents, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership at any time, including before your first withdrawal. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be restricted from withdrawing funds. Refusal to provide requested documentation will result in account suspension.
Verification Timeline: Once documents are submitted, kx88 aims to complete verification within 48 hours. During busy periods, this may extend to 72 hours. You will be notified by email once verification is complete. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is finalised.
Accepted Payment Methods: kx88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at kx88's discretion without prior notice.
Deposit Currency: All deposits and account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits made using international payment methods (Visa, Mastercard) will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, are borne by the player.
Minimum and Maximum Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and player account status. Players may view their current deposit limits in the account settings panel. kx88 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits on a per-player basis for risk management or regulatory compliance purposes.
Deposit Processing Time: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your kx88 account within 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business hours. Card payments are typically instant but may be delayed by the issuing bank. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support immediately.
Third-Party Deposits: You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts (accounts not owned by you) will be rejected, and any funds already credited will be returned to the source account. Repeated attempts to deposit from third-party sources will result in account closure.
No Deposit Fees: kx88 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (bank, mobile wallet operator) may impose its own transaction fees. These are not controlled by kx88 and are the player's responsibility.
Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals may be requested to any of the payment methods listed in Section 4, provided that the payment method was previously used to deposit funds into your kx88 account. As a general rule, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits unless that method no longer supports withdrawals, in which case kx88 will work with you to identify an alternative.
Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is ৳500,000. Players may request multiple withdrawals per day, but the cumulative daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,000,000. These limits may be adjusted for high-value players at kx88's discretion.
Withdrawal Processing Time: kx88 aims to process withdrawal requests within 2 hours during business hours (08:00–22:00 BST, seven days a week). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ৳100,000 may be subject to additional verification checks and may take up to 24 hours to process.
Wagering Requirements: Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active bonus and its associated wagering requirement must be completed or forfeited. Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) cannot be withdrawn and must be used for gameplay or forfeited.
Withdrawal Fees: kx88 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, the receiving payment provider may impose its own receiving fees, which are outside kx88's control. Expedited withdrawals (processed within 30 minutes) may incur a 2% processing fee, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.
Declined Withdrawals: kx88 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if any of the following conditions are present: incomplete KYC verification, suspicion of fraudulent activity, active investigation into account conduct, failure to meet wagering requirements, or violation of these Terms. If a withdrawal is declined, you will be notified via email with an explanation and any required corrective action.
General Bonus Terms: All bonuses and promotions offered by kx88 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed on the promotional page or communicated at the time the bonus is claimed. These general bonus rules apply to all kx88 bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, unless the specific bonus terms state that it applies to the combined deposit and bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period (typically 30 days) or the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat contribute 10%–20%. Live dealer games may contribute 0%–10%. Full contribution rates are listed on the promotions page and in the bonus terms.
Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin or hand is ৳500 unless otherwise stated. Placing a bet exceeding this limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
One Bonus Per Player: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will result in automatic forfeiture of the existing bonus.
Bonus Abuse: kx88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses if it determines that the player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, irregular betting patterns inconsistent with normal gameplay, and any conduct that exploits a bonus in a manner not intended by kx88.
Game Outcomes: All games offered on kx88 use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing of cards or spinning of wheels conducted in real time. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance or the result of live gameplay. kx88 does not and cannot influence the outcome of any game.
Return to Player (RTP): Each game has a published Return to Player percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP is calculated over millions of rounds and does not guarantee any specific result in a short play session. RTP information is available in each game's information panel.
Malfunction Voids All Pays: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or hardware failure, any wagers placed on the affected game round are void. Affected bets will be refunded to the player's account balance. kx88's liability is limited to the refund of the voided bet amounts.
Betting Limits: Each game and betting market has minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are displayed in the game interface. Attempting to place a bet outside the stated limits will result in the bet being rejected. kx88 reserves the right to adjust betting limits on a per-player basis for risk management purposes.
Settlement of Bets: All bets are settled according to the result as determined by the game provider or, in the case of sports betting, the official result of the sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body. kx88 will not settle bets based on unofficial results or third-party data feeds.
Void and Postponed Events: In sports betting, if a match is postponed, abandoned, or void, all bets on that match will be void and stakes will be refunded, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time, in which case bets stand.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kx88 platform. Engaging in any of these activities is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:
kx88-Initiated Suspension: kx88 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, engagement in prohibited activities as defined in Section 8, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicious or irregular betting patterns, or any conduct that kx88 deems harmful to the platform or other players.
Player-Initiated Closure: Players may request closure of their kx88 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be paid out to the player following standard withdrawal procedures, minus any outstanding fees or charges. Bonuses and bonus winnings are forfeited upon account closure.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling or believe they may be developing a gambling problem may self-exclude their account for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. kx88's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to kx88 in the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
kx88 is not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking resolution of a dispute through the courts as described in Section 16.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the kx88 Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh. By using the kx88 platform, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
